....... Well since I upgraded my PAR software from the original software
I haven't been able to run my modem, and the PAR at the same time. So
the new software must access the serial port. Try going back to your
old software if you have it. And, I mean old.... We got one of the
first PAR's shipped with the 1.14 software..... I think
