  16. .......  Well since I upgraded my PAR software from the original software
  17. I haven't been able to run my modem, and the PAR at the same time.  So
  18. the new software must access the serial port.  Try going back to your
  19. old software if you have it.  And, I mean old....  We got one of the
  20. first PAR's shipped with the 1.14 software..... I think
